Just one "plug" for Flash

A splash screen is bogus whether it's Flash or plain HTML.  (Especially ones 
that say "click here to enter the site" - what the @#$%* are you there for to 
begin with?  (I guess it must be to be awed by the mighty cool of the web 
designer, it certainly won't be for content.)
