The sorry fact of the matter is this: If you save your resume in Word
format and mail it to an HR person, odds are they won't have the same
version of Word and therefore will NOT see what you saw on your screen.
It simply astounds me that these people doing hiring haven't figured
this out yet. Microsoft DOES NOT guarantee any sort of forward or
backward compatability of their products.

Do yourself a favor and export it to resume in Acrobat 4.0 format --
EVERYONE has atleast that level of PDF viewing support. It's hard to
imagine doing any business work without it.
