Anyone experienced with Twiki or other wikis?

The Fedora Project used MediaWiki (python) until just recently when
they apparently out grew it and switched to MediaIWiki (php5). It is
my suspicion that MediaWiki should be fairly easy to setup. Probably
doable in under an hour (assuming your not going to need to theme it)
