Flashing the FON device. A question about semi-automating the process if possible.

Actually, now it's generally just a matter of telnetting to a specific port 
within 2 seconds of power-on. Before that, it was pointing your DNS to a 
special server. Before that, another software hack. No need to open the thing 
up if you really don't want to.
