Looking for an OS Commerce expert

All,

 

I have a friend who needs help tweaking an OS Commerce system and also
setting up a web-based database she'd populate with data from an existing
Access database.

 

Any takers? She's gun-shy about working with solo practitioners unless they
have back-up for vacations and whatnot.
