We are looking at changing our mail setup here at the office to setup
better spam control and stripping/bouncing/killing attachments (sorry,
I'm a little sick of it).
As it stands, we're considering using our existing mail server for SMTP
and setting up a *nix box and use fetchmail to the boxes and run
messages through some procmail recipes for spam and attachments. The
*nix box is running QPopper and I guess I was looking for suggestions.
What we would like to do it use fetchmail to pull down the mail from our
existing mail server, scan it, then have the users hit this procmail box
to get their messages (or what's left). We'd prefer to use our existing
SMTP server.
Any suggestions for procmail recipes, fetchmail and whatnot?
Thanks, all.
Chris
