SUSE 9.0 Professional

Hey! I haven't read deeply into MythTV yet. :) Whatever MythTV
recommends, I'm doing.

One quick question though, do I still need to pay DishNetwork for their
receivers or can I dump them completely by building a MythTV box?

Don't plan on running MythTV on Suse.  Search the threads and learn of 
the mistakes of your forefathers.  You are best off with Red Hat 9.0, 
Debian, Gentoo, Mandrake and  possibly Slackware.   Soon we may all use 
KnoppMyth.
