I know someone that's been battling Mandrake to work with his Yamaha P200
keyboard for months now.
We're going to try this package next:

If you get something to work, let me know. :)
(He went back to WinXP for the time being. We're going to try Rosegarden
this weekend on Mandrake and RedHat.)

Thx for the quick response Jason, I meant to send this to the list also.
Ok,
I am going to axe my windows 2000 server and install RH9.
I need to know if there is any really good, and free, linux sequencing/track
based recording software for recording music and sequencing midi tracks.
Also, has anyone ever tried hooking a midi keyboard to a linux box? Is
there anything I need to know?
wish me luck...
Pete

got the most bullets. It's about who controls the information.
