I've been evaluating SQL Ledger for my mother's business and it seems to be very powerful. The interface could use some tweaks, but it's very usable as is. It includes AR, AP, general ledger and a pretty decent setup for inventory that allows for items to be built from others. I'd say its worth checking out depending on how high level your needs.
