Road Runner router IP

Initially I received a little guff from their Level 1 helpdesk people
but that cleared up as soon as I told then that I could speak geek fluently.
Not long after that they realized that I knew what I was talking about and
let me speak to someone that knew what I was talking about.

If you have business class cable Linux should not be an issue to them, I use
a Linux box for my routing and such.

Did Road Runner tech support give you much of a hassle? I run Whatsup
Gold at work and started monitoring my home router from my office. I have
had 3 outages this evening. Each lasted less than 2 minutes. I have a
feeling that when I tell them I am running linux, they will try to put the
blame on me.
