No, but if you work with a training center, they would be able to pool the funds
from your entire company. This way if you have a bunch of coworkers (who live in
Missouri) that need some Office or Crystal Reports training they could apply for
the full $2,000, take their class for about $400, and then leave the remaining
funds available for the IT people who could better utilize it.
