Your right, you must live in Missouri - but you can work in Kansas or Missouri.
H-1B is for people in current tech jobs, but it's designed to get those people
trained so they can be promoted. Then their jobs can be fill by new applicants -
which can then apply for the H-1B themselves. I know it sounds a little
back-assward, but that our government for you.
