Like I posted previously, contact Shantae Josepsh.  She's with the
FEC (full employment council).
They have several programs in place to help unemployed people especially
IT people.  They also have a program in place where they will pay up 12
months of
training, find you a part time job while you are in school and find
employment
within 3 to 4 weeks after completion of your training.

H*ll, I've been tempted to get laid-off so I could have 12 months of free
training.
Hmm...Linux+, CCNA, RHCP. <sigh>
