RH 7.2 Slow POP3 and IMAP

Hmm.  That was it.  I disabled logging and it works fine.  But I could of
sworn it worked fine with the logging enabled before.  I'll dig deeper and
check to see whats going on, but thanx for the help.  Email pulls down
instantly now.
