Frankly, I wouldn't live or work anywhere they impose a 1% municipal
earnings tax.

A bit of warning about Gladstone. They pay for all of the nice amenities
with tickets. A cop on every street, just waiting for you to screw up so
they can dig into your wallet and clean it out for you. Aren't they so
helpful? ;)
