it's tailored to geeks who know how to move around with SSH on a command line. 
lynx, mysql, phpmyadmin, pico, ftp, perl, wildcard domains, unlimited e-mail space, 
125M disk space (more if you need it), just about whatever you need is in your virtual box. 
Relied on them for a couple of years; they are friendly, responsive and my sites are 
always up.  They've also contributed to the free source community by open sourcing their 
site admin module, now part of phpGroupWare. If you need a webhosting provider who 
will hold your hand, go elsewhere, but if you know what you're doing, you have found a 
home with phpwebhosting.com.
