Dual monitors, Dual users?

Xinerama is a mode of X for single login, multiple window sharing:

But if you want different logins from different input devices for 
different sections of your video card, I would assume your easiest 
configuration would be setting up two X configuration files.  Each user 
would have their own XF86Config file, pointing to that keyboard, mouse, 
and video device.  Since hardware can be treated individually, I see no 
reason why this can't be done.  It would take detailed configuration...
