linux+ testing

We had a couple employees scheduled to go through the RHCE classes and
testing. We scheduled it twice last year (Spring and Fall) and both times
RedHat cancelled the classes. From my understanding, it's difficult for them
to get their classes to "make".

They usually have one that is in Saint Louis as well, but they change 
from year to year.
