That's kind of fuzzy, can't really figure that one out. But if your 
interpretation is correct, what happens in the case of say 51-99% code 
rewrites? If the differences between the original source and your end 
product are incommensurable, but your end product was BASED on the 
original GPL/OSL/whatever license, what then?
