Work In KC Area?

Can anyone refer me to any work in the KC area. I worked at DST Systems
Winchester Data Center and was laid off. I have no been able to find work
since then. I was hired with one other guy at the same time. We worked
together for a month, then we found out that only one of us could stay. The
other guy got the job because he lived closer and I got the boot.
If any one could refer me to some recruiters or any positions that are open
