My ongoing iptables problem... (updated)

Sorry, I never got a chance to look at it over the weekend.
So you can see html pages over the LAN, but not PHP. Strange.
I'd recommend installing ethereal on: the client, server and 
router. Run ethereal captures on all three. This should be 
illuminating.
