I'm not sure exactly what Marvin was asking, but sendmail does have provisions for multiple server/domain names handled by one or more instances of sendmail. The docs are a little clearer if you have unique IP's for each virtual host, but you can do it with just domain names. See the "Virtual Hosting" doc on the sendmail.org site for further info.
