>From their website:
6/10/2002 NOTICE:
Recently Sunflower has been finding out that many of our customers were
getting less than desirable connection speeds. We brought this to the
attention of our carrier who was unable to find the problem. Unbeknownst to
us, the carrier decided since they couldn't find the problem they would drop
our service. It took us a couple of days to find out that is what they had
done, so our mission switched from finding out why people couldn't connect,
to switching to a new carrier. Unfortunately, it takes time to set that up
and there was no way to give a reliable estimate on when things would be
completed. Well, the switch will be completed on Tuesday and we now have a
new, more competent carrier. Click here to find the instructions on how to
reconfigure your connection to work with Sunflower (using the new access
numbers). If you have any trouble, or need assistance, please feel free to
call our office at 913-722-2777. Information will also be arriving in the
US Mail as well. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

This was the least I could do, the absolute least.
