Linux in Schools

The Vienna scenario is the best angle.  Show someone actually 
*concerned* with a budget that you can do it better an more cheaply. 
 Also, it's on a smaller, more manageable scale.  I only went through 
about 5-10 scenarios, but all of big schools only seemed to have a 
handful of Linux boxes.
