I am pretty new to the IT administration world. I just started reading Computer User (as opposed to looking at the pretty pictures like I used to). Has anyone read "Ask Dr. Deeram" in the back part this month? Every answer to every question is solved by upgrading to Windows XP. Is this guy related to Bill, or just on his payroll?
