DNS and Time Warner Cable

Where are you failing to resolve names?  Can you resolve them from the
firewall but not from the workstations?  Can you ping IP's from the
workstations?

You can override the resolv.conf by a switch on the line that calls "pump"
(I think it's "pump -r" or "-n", check the --help or manpage.
