In fact, after I view the page source I realize that you are using
Hypermail which I came across at www.davecentral.com and was about to
recommend.  Oh well.   The other program/set of scripts that looked good
was the Ultimate Bulletin Board found at www.ultimatebb.com which is also
freeware.

I have a question here about your HTML.  Is the "</Strong>" tag valid in
HTML 4.0?   Wouldn't the Bold tag do the same thing?  Either way it draws
up fine on my browser at work.

My other question involves your starting page.   Why does it load faster
than Chris' sample page?   Is that from the CSS?  However you did it is
fast.   Whoops, just checked.  You used .jpg and he used .gif files.
