Continuous speech recognition

Apple puts voice recg. stuff in OS X.  I've played with it a bit, but
I never really tested out what it could do.  "Computer, tell me a
joke."  Anyway, I have no ide bout it's accuracy, but if it is stable
enough for you, it could be a non-MS solution.
