Javascript in Mozilla not working right in M$ OS

Nope. I believe that document.scrolltools is a M$
enhancement/alternative name. It could be maybe something installed
in an Explorer directory tree . And maybe I could copy it to Mozilla's
directory tree. If I only knew where to look. :'/
