Directions from Downtown KC.

Take I-70 East to Lee's Summit Road. Exit number 14.
Exit I-70, turn RIGHT onto Lee's Summit RD.
Turn RIGHT onto 40 Hiway
Take 1st LEFT onto PHELPS Rd (At Maniax.  If you get to stoplight you have
gone too far)
Take 2nd RIGHT onto 48th Terr (Street sign may be missing).
House is at top of hill # 15101, it's white.

Directions from Blue Springs

Take I-70 West to Lee's Summit Road. Exit number 14.
Exit I-70, turn LEFT onto Lee's Summit RD.
