CHICAGO (CBS.MW) -- A 23-year-old Missouri man has agreed to a federal 
court order to stop sending unsolicited e-mails using misleading subject 
lines and other deceptive practices.

Brian Westby, who listed his occupation as a "self-employed porn Web 
master" after a traffic arrest three years ago, was not present court 
when a U.S. district judge issued an order barring him from disguising 
the origin of his pornographic e-mail and failing to let consumers 
unsubscribe from his lists, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported. The 
action against Westby was brought by the Federal Trade Commission

complaints about his spam.
