So when is expansion going to start back up?  Or has Everest even discussed 
it?

The reason I ask is because in my area Classic Cable's and Sprint's 
infrastructure are circa `70s - `80s.  Neither company gives a sh*t about 
my area and as far as I can tell they have no plans of ever upgrading.
