The problem is, they want their guy to know all this Oracle stuff coming in.

"Individual must be able to operate autonomously with minimal
supervision. Able to troubleshoot/diagnose problems with Oracle
products including RAC, Application Server, Oracle DB, ASM, Grid
Control. Able to cleanly bring down/bring up all products mentioned
above. Candidate must be able to log Oracle case trouble tickets in
Metalink and apply patches to Oracle software products, if necessary."
