Where to get laptop batteries?

I usually try to buy new batteries online. I found a place by doing a
Google search for "ibook batteries" (for an iBook, of course), and
found a place that specializes in parts for Apple laptops. The new
battery has significantly higher capacity and comes with a decent
warranty. Didn't fit the battery slot perfectly, but... (they do fit
"well enough") They gave several choices, differing in capacity and
price, but all less expensive than originals, and with higher capacity.

I do like the idea of rebuilding them yourself, or taking them to
Batteries Plus, but that may not be least expensive, especially if
you blow something up, but it should be ok for someone who takes
reasonable care and has some skill. More fun, of course.

If the batteries on eBay are new and come with warranty, that may be
ok, but may also be more expensive than third party batteries like I
found, depending on brand.
