I don't know what to call it, but it has an element of truth.  Maybe
we should refer to it as dropping the R-bomb or some-such term.  Maybe
"The Harder Corollary to Godwin: the less likely your opponent has a
valid defense or opposition the more likely they are to call you a
racist."
