This person will be working with me.  The people here are great, and the
benifits are very nice.  There probably won't be any Java, and the C#/.net
stuff is just if we end up doing any programming with Sharepoint.  The SQL
and PHP skills are very important, and the admin, Plone, and Python skills
would be very nice to have.
