[OT] LCD monitor repair?

Anyone here feel comfortable taking a look at the power circuitry on a
17" LCD panel or have a recommendation? The device is turning itself off
for a few seconds at a time at random. It's been increasing in frequency
as of late.

Willing to pay $$, of course.
