Strange error message from KCLUG mail server

It sounds like "oncallkc.com" is responding to "delivery confirmation 
requests". Then because the mailing list has the sender's return 
address as the return address for email any problems (full mailbox, 
missing mailbox, ...) are sent to the sender.
