No, Skilling has been charged (the former-former-CEO, you know the guy who
left the board *before* the collapse). Kenneth Lay has yet to be charged with anything. Unless he's 
been charged within the last few days. Skilling was arrested in January.

Huh?  Ken Lay is up on charges. 2-3 VPs are being charged and they are 
going after the Chairman.  One of the VPs rolled over for a lesser 
sentence, but he still gets time.
