certs:

There are other places. I believe there is one in Germany too,
just can't recall the name.
(sorry about the format, using LookOut from the web-client because
exchange server is a borken (bork bork bork) mail server that can't
authenticate over external ip [long story short)].)

There is a place that now does free digital certs. for non-ecommerce 
applications. I hope to set it up so that my systems work off of a 
digital cert. shortly.
