There are probably people subscribed from 181 different domains. 158
people are the only ones from their domains who have subscribed. In
other words, those 158 domains have only one subscriber each.
I think there's a difference between those two concepts, but have I
described that right?
I guess that means that 23 (=181-158) domains contribute 152 (=310-158)
subscribers.
