This email is confirmation of KCLUG Meetings for August and September. I 
have scheduled you in room 312 on August 4 and 17; September 1 and 21.

PLEASE NOTE: I can only schedule rooms for one quarter at a time – the 
next quarter begins October 1^st , please contact me by phone or email 
at least 2 weeks prior to the October 6 meeting to confirm your 
reservations through December 21. I will retain this application to use 
for those future dates you requested to eliminate the need for an 
additional application. If I do not hear from you in September, you will 
forfeit the reservation.
