Nwtworking PowerMac to Linux to Windows

He wants to move the files not only to burn them onto CD, but to also add them to his Adobe 
Premiere productions on the, you guessed it, WindowsXP machine.

Also, his is a PowerMac bought when Mac OS 8.0 was *new*, I doubt there's a built-in Ethernet port. 
 I have a newer PowerMac running Mac OS 8.1 and I had to install some generic NIC that happened to 
be Mac-compatible just to get Ethernet connectivity.

I was browsing in MicroCenter and I happened to see some product advertised as being on the DVD 
edition of the UK magazine "LinuxFormat": Cooperative Linux.  Claims it can run in a window of 
Windows XP or 2000, and share resources with WinXP/2k.  I couldn't afford the DVD but I'm certainly 
going to look into it, since sharing the Ethernet port means I can run it on his WinXP machine and 
use Netatalk for connectivity to the Mac.
