php shared event calendar suggestion

With Groupware, comes a shared calendar.  Maybe you misunderstand the meaning of groupware.  Usually it means webmail, calendar, addressbook, webspace, possibly other online apps, basically an online office.

I think you may have missed the original specifications.  This is not a 
groupware situation.
