Where did you find a USB 2.0 enclosure for $25?  I had to pay $60.
And jhutchins, you can't hot-swap IDE as far as I know.  You risk
a total system failure and are likely to burn up a motherboard or a 
drive.  Only SCSI does hot-swap.
