In the .forward file, send it to procmail, then in the .procmailrc file
forward it to the user. The rule should look something like:
:0
! email at email.com
mailto: is a part of an HTML tag. If you want, I think you can use the
format "mail user" <email at email.com> which is a legitimate address.
