KCLUGers, I got scalped by an apache!

The website was up and down (more down than up) on Friday due
to an attempted upgrade to apache 1.3.28.  There was some
security bug in 1.3.27 that facilitated the need for this
upgrade.  This debian package upgrade had a really wierd reaction
with php and appearantly didn't upgrade any of the DSO modules.
None of the DS0 modules worked anymore because I think this
package didn't use the Enhanced API.  I'm not an apache expert
so I don't know for sure, but in the end I wound up downloading
and installing from source instead of sticking to the rule of
always trying to use packages on a production system.  Have a
