We (Lumensoftware.com) will have a gentoo/ltsp server, and a few pentium
100's, and show how you can boot the old computers and run them at
server speed (remote x).
It will show Open Office, Scribus, Mr Project, Gimp (I can also demo
Photoshop 7 using crossover). + printing to laser and inkjets using cups.
We already have this setup in several schools computer (k12), and they
have really been suprised by how familar the desktop and app's are.
I would love to have you all come over and check us out :)
