Let's get one thing straight, Windows does not 
run control systems for nulear power plants.
No fool in any state of mind would use
Windows for control systems for
nuclear power plants. Such a thing would require
a *real-time* operating system. 
Whatever you're smoking at least be kind enough to share. 
That must be some really potent stuff.
