Where are you clicking on the links?  In Kmail?  In Konqueror?  Mozilla 
Mail?  Evolution?  How you set this up depends on where you're coming 
from.  To change the way KDE handles HTML files, you go into KDE Control 
Center,  Components->File Associations->text->HTML, then change the 
order of the browsers listed on the right.  You may need to add Firebird 
as an application on this file type first.
